If you wish to make a complaint regarding the way your records are kept, please contact the Information Commissioners Office(ICO). I am a registered member and as such follow the guidelines to my best ability advocated by the Amendment to the Data Protection Act 2018.  (Please note that in my private practice I only keep electronic information of name and telephone number and any emails sent to me by clients).
