If you have a serious ethical complaint regarding the service I have provided you may contact either the National Hypnotherapy Association or National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

 

If you wish to make a complaint regarding the way your records are kept, please speak directly to myself . I am a registered member of the ICO and as such follow the guidelines regarding the keeping of client information to my best of my ability as advocated by the Data Use and Access Act 2025.  (Please note that in my private practice I only keep electronic information of name and telephone number and any emails sent to me by clients). If you require access to your notes, please submit your request via email, an answer will be given you within 30 days of the submission.
